Yes, the print is small-old eyes will need assistance. Yes, it has stimulated my curiosity. Wish it had a periodic table attached to explain composition. Wish it had location of major deposits. None the less, it’s a good reference for my jewelry intake desk at Hospice to guide me in sorting stones by major color, luster, and transparency. Thank you.

I received exactly what is shown in the photos and description provided. Very pleased with the detail and image quality of the stones.

Easy to take with me or use at home. Laminated so if out in the field the pages are not getting destroyed by dirt or elements. Shows color, composition, crystal structure, hardness, specific gravity, luster,transparency.metaphysical and other information you may need to help identify specimens. Only con is the pictures are on the small side so it's hard to make out some identifying features. Would recommend for a quick reference guide.
