Guide Rail Adapter Compatible with Dewalt Router - Made in USA

The media could not be loaded. Purchased it for my DEWALT DW611P Router to work on some custom oak molding. The adapter plate is 3D printed, solid and stiff. The rail adapter fits into the Festool rail quite well and there is no play between the rail and the router base. Time will tell if wear over time will change this but at this point works quite well. The rail action is smooth and was able to use the screws from the DEWALT base to fix the rail base to the router. A great purchase.

Great adapter for my DeWalt trim router, enabling me to use my Kreg track to rout the edge of a long board. Simple to install (and uninstall when you're done). Adds a whole new level of versatility, combining the accuracy of the guide rail with the ease of use of the handheld router. Thank you ToolCurve for a great product.

I have not used it yet, but there are two things I would like to mention about the plate. First is I would like it to be a little thicker. I think I am a little spoiled with the thickness of my old plate. Second the screws I have for the old plate are round head with a flat shoulder. The jig I received the screw holes are tapered. I do prefer the tapered design, but I ended up making a trip to the store. I checked it with one of my Festool tracks and it seem to fit nice. The included plastic ziplock bag is nice, that is where the old plate and extra screws are now. Overall this is a nice attachment for my router and I look forward to using it.

Purchased this adapter to install the t-tracks on my workbench. Easy to set up, fits the guide rail nicely and produces great results! Made of quality plastic, has a center point and stop block. I use it all the time now when building furniture.

So maybe it's a 3D printed part, idk. All I know is it works great, just as advertised. I'm using it on a Festool track and love it. There isn't play in the channel, so you get nice straight cuts.

It’s great to see companies like ToolCurve designing and manufacturing quality accessories that allow you to plug other brands’ tools into your Festool system. I’ve been using Festool ever since they got into the US market. As a cabinetmaker and trim carpenter I use the DeWalt cordless trim router a lot on-site. Now, with the ToolCurve adaptor plate I can make shallow dadoes, rabbets, relief cuts all with FesTool accuracy, and with the convenience of the cordless Dewalt trim router.ToolCurve appears to make a quality product. Had no issues installing. And as others have mentioned, it is a bit tight on the rail at first but is fine now. I’d rather have that than slop any day. Looking forward to trying out other products in their line.

I received two of these one for Makita and other for a Dewalt.They did not fit the Kreg rail so I returned them both, had to pack them & take them to UPS.It has been a week after they have received them but no refund yet, had to contact the Amazon and I have to wait 2 weeks to find out if I get a refund.I always look to see if the seller is different than Amazon but this one slipped by me so I am waiting.They looked like 3D printed and very cheap quality.

Simple and cleanly built. Beware if you are a Makita track saw owner, there is a fair amount of play with this as I’m assuming this was specific to Festool.
