These things are amazing. I was experiencing severe Achilles tendonitis which was affecting my ability to play in my tackle football league. Everything about my game was painful and it looked like my playing time would be greatly reduced because of it. In come these inserts and I don't want to say they've solved all of my problems but it's pretty darn close! Most, if not all of my pain is gone and I am back to playing at a very high level. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about these inserts. I was in extreme pain and learned it was my Achilles tendon. I decided to try a pair of these. Well, I now have about 5 pairs so I don't have to move them between my sneakers, dress shoes, and slippers. They work for me, and I have no pain as long as I'm using them.

I give this product 4 stars because it arrived on time and well packaged- and it may be helpful for those who maybe just need a little lift in their heal because of discomfort. For me, my Achilles pain is pretty severe- hard to walk upright initially in the morning, and this product didn’t help for that. I eventually went to a doctor, who recommended HOKA and Brooks running shoes to help with my pain as well as placing frozen water bottles under my Achilles tendon when I put my feet up. Bottom line- this is a good product if your pain isn’t severe. If it is severe- this won’t help.

I hardly leave reviews but these things are impressive and amazing. I got back into running and pushed myself too hard to the point that my left heel felt overworked and strained. I purchased these and instantly felt relief while walking. They fit in every shoe (no cutting necessary), they don’t slide and I can switch them out between shoes easily. They work by adding just a little height to alleviate your heel from dropping low and straining the muscle/tendon. You can stop scrolling through other products and just purchase these, they are worth the money!

I felt immediate comfort when I inserted these pad into my shoes and it was great for about 6 weeks. Then they started to deteriorate. One developed a hole in the middle of the pad. The other one was cracking but ok.These are comfortable pads, but they need to be made to last at least a few months. It's too bad because this could be a great product.

I wore them one day and my heel pain at the end of the day was improved from usual. Would order again when needed.

The shoe inserts stay in place, are comfortable, and have helped the achilles tendinitis subside.

I've been dealing with Achilles, calf, and foot issues for a few weeks due to running shoes that were too loose in the heal. These inserts, along with rest, ice, etc. have helped me to be able to get some walking in why I work on reducing the inflammation. Love that I can place them right into my shoes and they stay in place without any adhesive. I do notice that my feet slide a little due to the slightly silky-ish material on top of the supports but it's nothing that would deter me from using these. It just slows me down a bit which is probably a good thing as I'm still healing. :)
