Doesn’t retract as it should
The lanyard locks in place and you have to tug out to release it which makes absolutely no sense for a mic holder. It is good quality tho. Sturdy and solid. Could be handy for something else however I’m returning it.

hazardous for truckers
when you pull the tether out it locks in place and does not retract until the full amount of the tether is pulled this is ridiculous for a trucker as it will leave the mic dangling in the way which defeats the purpose of the purchase. instead of being a safety device it causes a hazard to driving.
