Great product with good service support.
It's a good product. Support from the seller is very good. My machine stopped working within 1 month. As per Amazon policy, product can be replaced only within 10 days, but when I contacted Amazon about it they connected me directly with the seller and seller immediately replaced the product with the new machine. Moreover, he also promised to provide one year additional warranty on the product. So all in all I am happy with the attitude of the seller and support from Amazon.Thank you.

Good work from the seller
The mantra box has a good collection of mantras that has helped us to have a peace of mind in tough situations. when the box stopped working after 1month of purchase which is rare condition, the seller has replaced the piece even after the Amazon warranty period this shows how serious they are in the quality of the product.

DOESNT WORK !!!
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / NO QA CHECKS BY SUPPLIERI purchased 3 online . 2 of them turned out to be defective . One doesnt work at all . Volume and forward/ reverse selection knobs dont work on the second . DO NOT buy this online . Better to check and purchase from a shop, OR better still AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

Quality is very low and not working within 15 days . Waste of money
System is not working with in 15 days . Power is on , but no sound or song on this unit . Waste of money .Product is very very short term life, never expected such low quality is supplied through Amazon .I am not clear , whether Amazon will not inspect the supplier , before selling on your platforms
