I took two bottles worth of this product. Tested myself for A1C levels, and there was not a noticeable long trend decrease aside from day to day up and down variations. So, I was diagnosed with Type-2 last year. I’ve got the blood sugar monitor attached to my arm and I take frequent readings and I take Metformin to keep things steady. The Metformin by itself doesn’t always help with the spikes in blood sugar that I get from eating even a reduced amount of carbs.When I first started with my meds, my normal reading was about 140-160. After awhile, it started being at 160-180, which made me fear that diet, exercise and the meds weren’t holding.
