Really good fan
This is a very good fan, turn it on turbo and it feels like air conditioning, it’s oscillating too if you want that, but you can turn it off. Added to Alexa app, don’t even have to get off the couch to turn the fan on and off. Got a used like new for a good price. It’s not too quiet on turbo but I don’t run it on all the time, just when I get hot, but it doesn’t make me to turn TV volume up. I usually sit about 5 feet from the fan.

Great …until it isn’t
Fan requires a bit of a learning curve. Annoying but once you figure it out it’s nice. That it until it starts clicking because it’s dusty. There’s no way to take it apart to clean and no amount wiping it down and vacuuming will make it stop. With summer approaching and perimenopause doing its thing I’m back on the hunt for a fan.

Very disappointed, intolerable whistling sound
I tried 2 different units to make sure it wasn't a problem with just the one. I would've returned the second one as well, but somehow the box was thrown away.I was surprised not to see reviews mention this. At speeds 3 and 4 it emits what I can only describe as a whistle sound. And it isn't even consistent. I was using this in my bedroom as I slept so the sound level and consistency are important for white noise. I found the fan calling attention to itself as I was trying to fall asleep as the whistle varied in volume and tone. It would occasionally disappear, but not for long. I've never experienced anything like it. Seems like a terrible design flaw. Since I no longer have the box I guess I'm stuck with it. Not sure where I could ever use it.Alexa integration is nice but I really wish it also came with an IR remote. Not having a physical remote seems like a cheap cost cutting measure. A remote with a single on/off button would've sufficed. No need to recreate the top touchscreen interface or anything. The stand leaves a lot to be desired. The little plastic piece that connects both of the metal pieces doesn't hold them very firmly so the stand is never perfectly straight. However, it is nice that this fan can be placed on the stand or on a table/countertop.If it wasn't for the whistle sound I would be happy enough with this unit and probably give it 4 stars. But that whistle is a deal breaker for me. I can't use it in my bedroom and I have no other use for a fan like this elsewhere. I wish I could return it.

Not as good as I expected
The fan works, and is Alexa enabled. It’s not a high velocity fan and you can easily get a better fan for half the price. Is it worth packing it up and returning it, not really. Am I going to buy another one, nope. I expected the fan to move more air, it is nice that you can control the oscillation up to 360 degrees and turn it on/off, change oscillation via Alexa. It your looking for something at your desk or on your nightstand your better of with a normal fan your not going to use the features that much. Maybe if you had a situation where you are in different areas of a room and didn’t want to manually adjust the fan all the time… idk

lots of directional air, quiet
Don't let the price stop you, this is like a LotR dwarf, small and mighty.Setup is a no brainer, just plug the include power supply in the fan female plug and to the outlet, and you are done. The controls are so easy to use, the hole top of the fan is touch sensible, really sensible. The only visible signs are the + and -, the power is just between then, and the whole border is to set the direction, angle or full rotation. One thing I liked was the continuous 360 rotation, it will be really useful when placed in the center of a gathering.Connecting to Alexa was a challenge, I will give some advise to avoid the troubled I had.Adding it to Alexa requires yo to go to the Alexa app and in devices just click +, then enter Vornado as brand and select Atom 2 is the list of available devices.here is when thing are not that strait, the "easy" setup is done by scanning the 2D barcode on the fan, for me it took a while to get it and after that it will not connect, tried twice with the same result. Then I went for the alternative way, following the instruction in the app, with the fan ON, press POWER button until the 4 white leds on the border blink, then click next and after a few seconds it connect for me and asked me to setup WiFi, and thankfully it did not have issues with my network witch have one ID for all types of WiFi. after successfully connecting Alexa you have a nice remote control for the fan, an unexpected, welcome, surprise, see picture.Very well designed device, and even better after being connected.

Bad controls, low speed fan
It’s a very low powered fan. Additionally, for a wall mounted fan, placing the controls on the top is a poor location, which is only more complicated by the “touchscreen” controls that aren’t intuitive. I would return this if I could, but I missed the return window by a few days.

Exactly what I needed for moving air
We just got a wood stove and were having trouble with the warm air just kind of coming out of the room its in and stagnating right at the hallway. We needed a way to move that warm air quietly by putting something on the wall. This is so perfect because I can adjust which way it points, how much it oscillates and the speed (couple other things I don't use). The only speed that's kind of noisy is turbo. High is less noisy. Can't really hear medium or low. I love that I can control it with Alexa and the Alexa app. I noticed within hours that it was doing exactly what I wanted it to do in pushing the warm air down the hallway. It will also help move the AC cool air down the hall because the vent is in front of it. Was super easy to set up.Understand that this is not meant to be a fan that blasts air at you, it's meant to move air and it does it well, quietly, and customizably (I don't think that's a word).Bonus for me since it's a frequently returned item, I got it returned but in new shape for less than half price, woopdeedoo. Can recommend for moving air. Know what you're buying.
