Love This!!
I absolutely love this and so does my cat. I use to worry about getting home to feed my cat or who was going to feed my cat when I had to go out of town for a tournament. Well not any more because when she gets hungry or thirsty she will go and just eat her food or get something to drink. Ive already had to fill the water jug twice.

Great product
Best thing I could have gotten for my dog he loves it and I love it even more because I don’t have to refill his bowl multiple times for the day slip resistance easy to clean and fill holds a lot of water for my size dog

A weeks worth of water for 3 cats.
I have three cats, and I used to have a very obnoxious water bowl that my female cat would tip over constantly. This sits firmly on the floor so she can’t do that anymore. I also recently went on a week vacation and the tank was able to supply them water for the entire week.

Quality is worth the price
It’s a great product, easy to neglect, just fill it up and you pretty much leave it until you have to wash and refill. It’s super easy to wash too! It doesn’t stay greasy like other plastic and even if it’s plastic, it’s super sturdy and you can feel how dense/thick it is. You do have to change the water a bit more often, but it holds really well. The kibble one has a silicone top, so it keeps the doggy kibble fresh. 10/10

Cheap Water Bottles Didn't Last a Week!
I really wanted to like these, really wanted them to work great. Especially for the price. But, you do get what you pay for. There are several problems with these feeders, that I knowother purchasers have experienced. A few not a big deal. These being the design, where the food does not feedwell into the bowl. The other, the valve on the water jug being rather cheap. It's easy for the cap and springto pop off, while you're refilling it with water. Or, while you're trying to fit the filled bottle back into the base. The biggest problem is the very cheap, thin-gauge plastic they use on the water and food bottles.Your pets, dogs or cats, have to get used to eating and drinking out of a new style food and water bowl. And hey, dog and cats are dogs and cats. They're going to check it out, stand up on it, maybe even playwith it.Your dogs, or cats, do not have to have the sharpest claws or sharpest teeth, to do the one thing you don't want...PUNCTURE the bottle in any way. Especially the water bottle. For the gravity system to work on the water bottle, it's not just the valve on the cap of it.For this system to work, without the water overflowing out of the bowl...the water bottle has to staysealed. Meaning, it can't have any punctures from claw or teeth marks, to where air can get it in,meaning the water bottle is no longer sealed and air-tight.When you fill up the bottle, you may or may not notice a little water dripping from somewhere. You may think you leaked a little from your sink. But, if you put the bottle back in the base and walk away, you will later find the floor of your kitchen, living room, pantry, wherever you keep your pet's food and water bowl...completely flooded, as all of the water has drained out of the bottle, for no longer being sealed.I bought two sets of these for my dog. The first water bottle didn't last a week, before it developeda small enough hole, that water overflowed all over my kitchen floor. My dogs and their curiosity, puncturedthe water bottle. they also punctured the food bowl, but that's no issue, as it's only holding food. There'sno air pressure that has to hold the food in.My second water bottle also sustained the smallest hole. Luckily, I had some glue onhand, specificallyfor plastic. And when I repaired the hole, water no long flowed all over my floor. It stayed in the bottleand the bowl, like it's supposed to.My dogs are not rowdy, their nails stay trimmed. So, it should not have been that easy for one of thesecheap, plastic bottles to sustain a hole so quickly and easily.Hey, you could accidentally drop a fork, a knife, anything somewhat heavy with a sharp edge on the waterbottle, and it will easily put a hole in it. It only has to be the tiniest hole for water to get in.And before you know it, you have water running all over your floor.Who remembers the gravity feeder, where you used an empty 2 liter bottle? Those worked great. You didn't need to have any kind of valve on the top, for them to work perfectly with no leaks.Reason being, they were made of a durable enough plastic, that they didn't develop holes soeasily from your dogs or cats even remotely messing with them.If you haven't experienced this problem yet, then good for you. Was something I was certainly not expecting, even when I got these and set them up. I did so, as my dogs drink a lot of water and they always have foodonhand, without having to come and pester me about it.But, give it time. Purely by accident, your water bottle could develop a hole. And you will find yourselfcleaning up a messy, watery mess, that will require a lot of mopping and a bucket. If this company made both the food and water bottles out of a more durable plastic, like the 5-gallon waterjugs that you buy...these would be some of the best, most durable feeders on the market. This isn't a problem they considered when manufacturing such a cheap product. And something youwouldn't expect to happen, until it actually does.Too late for a refund on these. I would accept a refund from the company. But, if theyoffered to send me another set...I would politely decline. Because, they would be sending methe same, cheap plastic bottles that they use. Same goes for other very similar gravity feedersout there. My recommendation: avoid at all costs.

Water valve is of Poor Design.
I have used this water dispenser for nearly one year with great success until recently. The problem lies with the water valve design and construction. It consists of a spring-loaded plunger that keeps the water bottle sealed until you invert it into the base. What has happened is that the spring has pushed the plunger out of alignment so that when I place it into the base, the valve jams and will not open.I am going with a different pet water dispenser on Amazon that has a sturdier-looking water valve.
