New Rice coker suplied without manual and warranty card
I did not find the manual and the warranty card inside the box containing the new easy rice cooker recieved from amazon.in against my order number: 08.11.2024.Please provide the same to enable me to use it. Alternatively please replace the rice cooker with another one.The rice cooker is not working. Red light is on but it is not cooking and water and rice remain cold.Please send me replacement as soon as possible.It did not work since beginning. I approached amazon to return or replace it. There is no the response .With this kind of approach my faith in quality of service from amazon is shaken up and I may have to switch to some other on line service. I cannot afford to throw my hard earned money to waste.I am not getting any response to my request for replacement of the rice cooker inspite of requests.Please help me to get the rice cooker replaced at the earliest
