Fantastic results and can see grass grow within a week with good water and weather. It’s taken around 3-4 months in total, started in February and done its first cut today in June

This year I wanted to try and improve our lawn so I bought a couple of bags of this seed.After cutting and raking the lawn I used this to overseed.It's hard to say how much has actually germinated but I would guess about 50%. It took about 2 weeks to start growing. The seed that has grown looks nice and healthy, hopefully over the summer it will thicken up.The major downside is that since I put it down birds haven't stopped eating it. So I lost a lot of seed to that.You get a good amount of seed for the money so even with the bird seed tax it still works out pretty good value.

Shoots appeared suddenly around 6 days after seeding with light water 3 times daily. Grass looks fab. It’s also more durable than my previous laid turf (replaced due to theatherjacket grubs). it’s soft but seems pretty tough.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. I purchased 5Kg of seeds to over seed a small area of lawn which had been scarified and top-soiled. I read the good reviews in the hope that I'd get a decent sprouting of grass from the seeds.Complete waste of time and money. I put down three times as much seed as required but not one seed has germinated. I've basically paid £35 for a bag of husks.The weather has been perfect, sunshine and rain, but still nothing. The seeds have been down for 3 weeks and I think I can safely give up on them and put it down to experience. I should have gone to my local garden centre and just bought something off the shelf.

Seeds spread mixed in compost and watering daily but no signs of growth yet Ayer 8 days 🤞🤞hoping to see something soon

Why did you choose this product over others?:So much grass seed out there I couldn't make up my mind what to buy so bought this. I always cover my grass seed with Burlap and this stuff started germinating after only 4 days. Only problem now is that the Blackbirds are digging up the new grass in their search for food, but that's another project for another day. I will certainly buy some more of this seed when needed. And for those who have trouble with it, make sure you got good seed to soil contact, lightly cover with a thin layer of compost, cover with either Burlap or a fleece, give a light watering several times a day if needed and keep the cover damp (not sodden) and this stuff will pop within a week

I rarely put Amazon reviews, but had to for this seed. I bought some other stuff.from home bargains and did all the prep,.but the seed just failed, feeling a little disillusioned, I gave it one more go with this seed and wow the results are great, save your money and just go buy this stuff, does take a couple weeks to germinate, so nate with it and water twice faily
