Buttery flavor without lactose
I use this in my coffee every morning. Ghee is nearly lactose free so this is a great sub for butter in my bulletproof coffee. I’ve used two other brands of ghee from Whole Foods and this one wins for best flavor. Don’t mess around with your morning joe!

Best Ghee around
My niece sent this to me to try. Honestly, it’s like eating the best tasting butter, but it can be used for cooking with high temps. Has a butterscotch flavor. Normally ghee is like oil, fairly tasteless. This is so flavorful, and has salt in it, so whatever you cook with it turns out amazing. Love this stuff.

Now I rarely use butter.
I almost never use butter anymore. Taste is very close to butter and healthier for you. Be sure and get the salted. I really like the fact it is in a glass container. Most others use plastic. The only issue I have is the price.

Not Exactly What I Expected
The butter came two days late. It had a rancid taste and was too salty. I was very disappointed. I used to buy from the neighborhood supermarket an Irish butter. Initially, it tasted excellent. Over time, however, the taste degraded. No butter taste whatsoever is left in the preparation of said import! Why butter has no taste anymore? I don't mind paying a premium for a product. However, I expect it to match its price!

Great flavor!
This salted ghee is so good! It works well for cooking so many dishes and warming up bread. It melts so fast and has a wonderful scent and flavor. You get a nice size jar and a little goes a long way so this bottle should last awhile.
