Great Halloween prop

Great props for Halloween costume. Very realistic and fun.

It was very well made. Super cute. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars ,is because the string was too short. So I wasn't able to hang it around my back and had to carry it in my hand all night.

I bought this item to use in a cosplay and it fits me perfectly. I am 5'3 and I feel this bow is big enough for the intended purpose. It came with arrows and a cute little wooden box to store the arrows. The string is quite stiff but I am able to pull the arrow back and fire for cosplay photos. The tips of the arrows are rubber so this would be accepted in comicon/LARP parks and photoshoots.10/10 would buy again.

Is it a cheap bow and arrow set? Yes. Does it look like the pictures? Yes. It was perfect for my Lord of the Rings cosplay. I spray painted it black to match the cosplay as well.

I DID RETURN THIS BECAUSE I HATED THE ARROWS THAT MUCH. THE BOW LOOKS GREAT.

This should not be advertised as a costume prop and it definitely is not safe for kids.It should have a warning adult supervision is strongly recommended.There isn’t necessarily a strong tension on the bow; but if the little glued on rubber tip comes off the arrows, you literally could go small game hunting with this.And at full force, I would be willing to bet even with the rubber tip it could perforate an eyeball.I would not even buy this for a teenager because they would probably end up injuring somebody.

I didn’t use it for anything other than cos play- so I don’t know how well it shoots. The arrows look like wood dowels. And the quiver is a wood box. I did not use the quiver.
