This is the best electrolyte product that I've tried when drinking with my friends on the weekends. Before I generally would use Liquid IV or Pedialyte. Now while those products may have a somewhat better flavor I have found that they are less effective and contain more sugar and calories.If your goal is to prevent or limit a hangover while limiting your sugar/calorie intake then this product is an excellent choice. Keep in mind that some of the flavors have a somewhat salty taste but that is to be expected when drinking electrolytes like sodium. I drink one pack before drinking or after my last drink and wake up perfectly fine with no hangover. Drink some water in between each alcoholic drink as well and I'll guarantee you have no hangover.I will be buying more of these again.

The past month I have been struggling with POTS, even upping my water intake, adding salt to my water and drinking those vitamin c packs. I decided to try these because I need the high sodium and the l-theanine for anxiety. I have been drinking 2 a day. I finally got over that dreadful fatigue I’ve been feeling. It’s not a cure all but they seem to be helping. They do taste salty but I’m used to drinking literal salt water for my POTS so I enjoy the taste. The only one I didn’t like was the lemon ginger. I will buy these again.

I rarely drink because I have nasty hangovers the next day that requires me to nurse it all day. It feels like a waste to me.My coworker told me about "liquid IVs" and she moved over to these water boys. So I purchased a pack to give it a go.Our friend had a vegas wedding and I was drinking heavily. Before I went to bed I put one of these packets in a bottle and downed the whole thing. I felt fine and "normal" the next day. These things are amazing! Only on day 2 did I have a tiny headache in the morning. Day 3 was fine as well after taking these.I gave some to a friend as well and he had great results.I will be purchasing these again and again!

Ordered this to help with general hydration during pregnancy & to hopefully help with morning sickness associated. Can’t say it helped the morning sickness but was palatable enough and does have a large amount of electrolytes. As some have said it is a little salty but some flavors cover that better than others. (I thought the grape was pretty good but lemon was really salty). It does dissolve easily in 40 oz of water, I didn’t try to add it to a smaller quantity as I was trying to boost overall hydration. Packets are convenient, but I thought the product overall is a little pricy for the quantity. Would still consider buying again if I had need.

Great product. I use this stuff when I am out in the yard all day or after I go for a night out the morning after. The taste is awesome definitely salty which is what I want. Does exactly what it says. Better than anything else I can find from an ingredient perspective.

We'll absolutely be keeping these stocked in our cabinet from now on. The variety pack was a brilliant idea, allowing us to sample all the flavors and discover our favorites. While the lemon ginger wasn't our top pick, the fact that we found several others we loved makes this a winner. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a good time!

I really liked how these made me feel! Gave me a little boost and felt more hydrated! The taste is definitely salty so it isn’t the best but I would buy them again because I feel they do work!
