We own an assisted living home, and odors can be pretty significant. This product completely eliminated all odors, crisp clean odorless air! We love it!!

My Daughter lives with me and has a dog. Prior to buying the item my home had a bad animal odor and it has, since my purchase, removed that, improving air quality and probably more.Thank you

i am using the IVATION air purifier etc, in my 1000 sq ft home. a few years back, some crawl space and hvac issues left me with mildew beginning to find a home within the heated sq ft of the house. having corrected those issues and in recovering from a recent hurricane, i purchased the machine because it was within my budget, and promised to clean the air . i have used the machine with both the ionizer and ozone generator operating within the whole house ( all doors open and the fan unit of the hvac system running, twice, and have used it in each individual room ( i succession ) . have followed the manufacturers suggestions on safe operating procedures . not having any tools to measure the air quality i can only say, the amount of dust in the air has diminished, and am not seeing the need to sweep the wood floors or dust the end tables as frequently as i was previously. i live in eastern north carolina where the humidity can get high and with the rain, the feeling of dampness can be prevalent. i purchased a timer from walmart for about ten bucks, i will turn the ionizer/ozone switches on to maximum as i am going to work in the morning with the timer set to two hours. when i get home in the afternoon, i walk in to a house that has a healthier fragrance . i sleep with the ionizer on in the bedroom , set on medium to full, without any noise issues ( for me ), the idea of having cleaner air helps me to take little issue with the sound of the unit working. so i suppose i am very much satisfied with my purchace. the unit comes with a one year warranty, so perhaps in a year or so, i will write another review, stating my experience over a full four seasons, and degree of satisfaction. at this time, though, with the conditions i wanted to address, the IVATION air purifier has filled the bill. i could not find another unit at this price that came close to providing the air filtration and cleaning capabilities that this unit provides. also, the cherry cabinet is very sturdy and with the working equipment is a little weighty, but can easily be moved about the house. the unit seems to be durable from that perspective. if you are looking for "ozone shock treatmeant" (10,000 mg/hr) in "x" number of sq ft,, you may need a unit that produces a higher rate of ozone, you can find some info on YOUTUBE. however, the specifications state the unit can treat 3700 sq ft, and for my needs it seems to do the job without question. oh, the one thing that left me for a loss was the extra fuse they state comes with the purchase. i have not found it anywhere yet. i would recommend this to anyone needing a simple air purifier and cleaner.

Had an Alpine Air cleaner for 31 years, replaced it with this one, and it does the job well!

It’s a great product if you’re not sensitive to high ozone. I love the product. I will warn you if you’re a candle burner. This thing dosnt discriminate good or bad smells. It just takes them away leaving a thunderstorm smell. I can also tell you that I have experience with IAQ products that produce Ozone. If you have Lyme disease . You may want to get one without ozone. I put one in a lady’s home and that had it and she was ill due to the sensitivity of the disease. This machine is awesome though

This is exactly the machine I was looking for. I had a lower cost model some years ago that only had two ceramic plates, no UV light, and no HEPA filter, that l loved and have been trying to replace after it stopped making O3. I've bought other room air filters that have ran for a few weeks and clogged and gave up, but this one is awesome! I read in a few reviews about the noise level and someone not knowing where the ceramic plates go, but it's pretty obvious when you take the HEPA filter off the back.A few things a person should know when owning this: you're really not supposed to breath the O3 gas it creates, it's harmful to living beings (I say this as we have kids and cats). Look it up. Do a little bit of reading before you buy this machine.That being said, we LOVE ours. We use it on our small house to rid our air of bad smells. Bathroom, cat box, burned bacon, etc. It's perfect for that, and I don't even mind the smell of the O3.The old version of this machine was almost silent, but this sucker is like having a hair dryer on low. If you want a silent machine, this isn't for you. I don't mind it and I actually like the white noise of the fan to sleep by. Turning the O3 on does not affect the noise level, but you do have to have the fan running to use the O3.The ceramic tiles collect dust and debris, so you do have to occasionally have to take them out to wash them with water and soap. Just don't put them back until they're completely dry! Water on the tiles will kaput the machine (you'll hear crackling sounds like when you accidentally leave a tiny bit of tinfoil on something in the microwave.)All in all, very glad to have this little de-stinker in our house! I'll buy the same one when and if I have to replace it.
