No tipping.
We bought this for my husband’s clothes. We were worried when we opened the box, and the wood seemed flimsy/not durable. We got it put together, and it does its job! We’ve had no issues with the quality. I really like that the front legs have a foot on them to help prevent tipping.

Slowly, I Turned!
This chest of drawers turned out just the way I thought it would. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. If you think that you're going to knock this out with your power driver, think again. I have learned over time that driving screws into particle board with a power driver can lead to problems. It took longer, but I put this together without any power tools, and it turned out just fine. The pre-drilled holes all lined up for me. I didn't have to move any of the rail screws, like I read about in one review. The instructions were pretty good compared to others that I have encountered. The drawer rails are labeled CR, CL, DR, and DL. That stands for chest right and left, and drawer right and left. My pro tips are to make sure the pieces are square before tightening the screws. Ensure that your screws go in straight, and things will line up. Finally, heat any stickers that you want to remove with a hair dryer for 15 seconds, and they will peel right off. No solvents or mess required. Make sure that you know the dimensions, and that they are what you are looking for. I bought a new computer/printer workstation without drawers. This chest is being used to replace the old desk drawers. Keep in mind that these drawers are not built to handle heavy items. I don't think that I would even put a ream of paper in them.

Good enough for guest room, impressed with quality to cost ratio
Impressed with the quality of this dresser, likely because I was coming into it with fairly low standards. This is every bit of what a similar unit is in quality picked up from the major regional retail home store that starts with "I." It is by no means a generational dresser and I don't think it would make it through many moves, but for a guest room or a good enough starter unit that is just fine.

Would not buy again
First and biggest problem is the smell. They know it. It stinks to high heaven. It's so bad they even call it out in the instruction manual. You're supposed to air everything out for "several days". I have, and it still stinks and the odor is transferring to the clothes in the drawers and even other clothes in the same closet that aren't touching it. It's bad. The smell alone is enough for me to say don't buy it, but there are other problems too. It's smaller than I thought it would be, even after checking all dimensions multiple times before purchasing. The width and height are fine, but the depth is very shallow and it's hard to fit very many clothes in the drawers. The parts are low quality, and many aren't "finished". The little cams that are threaded on one side and some sort of plastic on the other side (part A on the part list) have bits of plastic that ran down into the threads that you have to peel off before you can screw them in. There's 52 of them that have to be installed, and about 25% of them had to be cleaned up before I could put them in.The other end of that part goes into some little round metal piece that rotates onto the head and locks the pieces together (part C on the part list) and these bits are irregular (not all the same) and don't lock in flat and smooth. They also appear to be made of some sort of cheap pot metal (a mix of random recycled/waste metals all melted together). The pre-drilled holes for mounting the slide rails aren't deep enough to align the screws perpendicular to the wood, and they "wander" while screwing them in. Again, the manufacturer already knows they did a bad job with this, and instead of fixing it they just put a comment in the manual that tells YOU to ensure that the screw is perfectly perpendicular or else it could cause problems. No, I don't think so. They messed up, and sure enough more than half of the screws don't go in straight, and it causes the drawers to rub/bind on them. THEY should have installed the screws perpendicularly and backed them out, ensuring that any subsequent installs would go in straight. Instead they just drilled some holes that aren't wide or deep enough to get the screws in correctly. The next flaw is actually the saving grace of the last one. The fit is terrible. There are huge gaps all the way around the drawers because the parts aren't cut to very tight tolerances. It makes the whole thing look sloppy, but the side effect is that you get enough clearance to avoid those misaligned screws I mentioned before. So... I don't know if this counts as a good or bad thing. Some of the drawers rub each other on the way in and out... probably an alignment problem with the rails, though I'm not sure if it's related to the screw problem or not. There's a huge sticker on the top that explains the risks of tip over. It's great for safety, but I still haven't figured out how to get it off... and it looks terrible. I'm worried if I remove it that it will leave behind residue, or remove/damage the finish, so for now it's still on there. The best thing about this is that there are extras of all the hardware pieces, and I didn't have any problems with missing pieces. Also, it was packaged fairly well and nothing was damaged in shipping.Overall I would not recommend, I would not buy it again, and if I could return it, I would.

Oh, No!
This dresser would be nice if all of the drawers opened. The top-right drawer will not open. When I purchased this, I saw a 4-star rating and 385 reviews. I did not read the reviews. Now I am reading them and see that 32% of the ratings are 3 stars or lower. That is almost a third of the reviews. I would not have purchased this had I realized this. I have put in a complaint with the vendor for the defective item and Amazon Sales for the misleading 4 Stars that appear in the listing. Uh, no.Follow-up: After writing these reviews, I was able to wiggle the drawer open and take the drawer's roller system apart. The drawer now opens and closes just fine. Thank goodness the drawer did not break when I was struggling with it. I will change my review to a 3 star. The company has contacted me and asked for pictures .. They followed up quickly and were happy to learn that I was able to fix the drawer that was stuck closed. This product is cheap, but it works. It is wobbly, but the tip restraints have not, yet, been attached. I (hope that I) would not buy this again. At the same time, I should be able to use this dresser for a few years to get the value out of it.

Great for the price
Everything arrived in great condition. The instructions weren’t the best, very tiny drawings. Take your time and read everything. It took me and a friend 3 hours. You’re gonna want a cordless screw driver or drill! Note, the bottom of the drawers are not hard wood.My best advice to help save you frustration is that the drawers aren’t interchangeable. The top drawers won’t fit in the bottom. It doesn’t make sense but it’s true. I think it turned out great and is what I wanted for the money.
