Pretty pleased with how these units work so far. Easy to set up and unlike other users, the remote control batteries worked fine. One of the unit is working well on an extension outlet, which is a problem I’ve experienced in the past with other makes. Too early to assess durability but doing the job at present.

Works fine, useful to turn on the TV backlight.

Great value, supplied remote battery is an unusual spec but works. Note that the battery comes wrapped in a thin film which you'll need to remove. I wonder if some of the people complaining about the battery hadn't removed the film?

Absolutely love these, I use them daily for lamps and power to my laptop. I bought these to replace a set of three that I've had for years - I needed more and didn't want to end up with multiple remotes. I have all 5 set up (3 lamps, laptop and stereo) as my sockets are not easy to reach. All of them are plugged into extension cables rather than directly into the wall (for line of sight to the infra red beam) and work fine. There is an audible click when you switch them on and off so you know the infra-red connection has been made (one of my lamps and my stereo take a few additional moments to actual power down). Would definitely recommend these, I've been using them multiple times daily for months and not had any issues at all.

Unfortunately the battery supplied with the pack didn’t work but other than that it’s great for my elderly Dad who can no longer switch on the lamps in his house manually.
