Nicely made product and the 3 & 3/8" size fits neatly into my Kitchen Aid disposal ring. I used to think that these splash guards had to be really tight, but they don't. The new one drops in pretty easily without having to be forcibly pushed down and it works very nicely.I did, as with every other brand of splash guard I've ever put in, used a plier type hole punch to punch out four extra 3/16 holes in the inner perimeter to facilitate a better water flow and have always found out that makes a big difference. Water does not pool up in the sink and there is no splash back with the disposal on.

I got these cause my garbage disposal rubber piece was not only old and just gross but it was bending and causing things to get stuck and I had to use a utensil to push the food down into garbage disposal which we all know no one wants to do. I took it out and threw it away and put one of this two pack (u get an extra for later!) It fit in perfectly like it was always supposed to be there. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because when I try to plug sink with my rubber topper it doesn’t seal all the way and eventually leaks out. But it holds water long enough for me. And I will buy a new top plug later to see if that’s the issue instead of this rubber seal piece. But 9/10 it’s great!

I have a garbage disposal where the baffle can be removed, cleaned or replaced. I like that idea as the older system did not allow for baffle removal & eventually it dries out, smells & is unsightly. Read other reviews that these replacement baffles were inferior to the original part...& they are. They feel flimsier & actually weigh less. However, the advantage of replacing them as frequently as you want plus easy removal for cleaning out weighs the disadvantage of the flimsy. As other people have stated in their reviews, the new design of them (to decrease disposal noises) also made me think my sink plumbing was on the verge of clogging as it does take longer for water to recede. Once you know that fact, it's fine. But yes, at first thought I had a clogging issue with slow draining water .
