VencoCoins Hard Sweet Black Licorice 4.2 Oz Bag

Would prefer if product was harder and not so soft. As a kid I loved the old licorice buttons. These have the right taste but consistency too soft.

I have tried licorice in almost all European countries and these dutch ones are my favorites of all. They also do not contain wheat, which is very important for me due to allergies. I just wish they would be as cheap as in the Netherlands and not so ridiculously expensive.

Horrible smell,… like Valerian capsules if you have ever smelled them,… overwhelming. The taste isn’t much better and is influenced by the smell. From the ingredients they shouldn’t smell this way. The licorice extract and anise seed oil should be stronger. These may have been improperly stored or something. I have had many different types of black licorice, European and otherwise but these were nasty. I am so sorry to have to leave this review. I have the soft variety coming. I pray they taste differently as these are going straight to the garbage can. Sadness.

When package is opened the candy has a terrible smell and taste terrible. I’m sorry I bought them
