These arrived on time. 1/2 size to usual quantity.
This looked a good buy as very hard to find tubs of cream of tartar. These are tiny tubs! The access opening is too small to get any spoon inside. I had to force the whole top off with a sharp knife & twisted it to open. Spilt some as it jerked.It’s very fresh & has a good. shelf life,& works well.

Arrived with broken seal
Unfortunately the product arrived with the seal broken and was half full. I wouldn’t have used this for cooking for this reason however was using to make bath bombs so I decided to keep it.
