I've notice new hair growing it's noticeable because I have long hair and new baby hair is growing and looks very healthy have no idea if this is for black spots on the skin but they are getting less noticeable.

Tastes great, its clean and organic with no preservatives, additives, natural flavor or added sugar. Low in calories and ive seen a increase in my nails and my skin is doing alittle better so far but only been using it almost a week. My nails and hair usually take forever to grow and everything else has chemicals and additives
