Lovely vibrant colours, easy to use
Brilliant glazes, used as underglaze for a vase with tulip design, 3 coats, beautiful vibrant colours, just what I wanted.Bisque fired first then transparent glaze over the top, no problems with running.

Great selection at a reasonable price
I liked the colours. Very easy to use and can be mixed like regular paints. Had a good result with high firing. I hope this item will be in stock again as I am running out of some colours. It would be useful to be able to buy the colours separately for the ones that are used more often - especially white.

Quality.
Superb quality and value. Great range of colours that come true at firing.

Love them!
I have been using these paints to do some sgraffito work, and I really love them. They’re easy to apply and I love the selection of colours. I think I maybe am applying it too thick since you can see some of my brush strokes however I haven’t applied a clear coat over the top of these yet (I wasn’t planning to but I think I should since they have come out chalky rather than a satin finish some underglazes get. This is the result after applying to greenware and bisque firing. The trick for some who said the colour moves is to make sure you’re using a zinc free clear coat on the top. Zinc makes the glazes move and ruins your underglaze 😊

Brilliant!
These are great! They hold their colour up to 1280°c and are a good size so you won’t run out quickly, I mixed the colours and took a risk not testing it first but they came out perfect for this teapot house :)

Wasted product, messy spill on delivery
Haven’t used the product yet but very disappointed that it arrived with product spilled from the bottles, creating a mess I have to clean up as well as a loss of product.

set of 12 underglazes
I’ve not worked with Pasler brand before so it was nice to try out something different. This set of 12 underglazes has a nice range of colours with two blues and two greens. The consistency is fairly thick but they are easily watered down if needs be and they can be intermixed to create a wider range of colours. The colours in the bottles don’t look quite as vibrant as the colours shown in the listing but I have found this to be the case with most underglazes I’ve worked with and they tend to become more saturated with firing. They went on to bisque earthenware well, I tend to use a more watercolour like technique in my work and these seem to work well for that and the colour still seems fairly rich, I’ll be interested to see if that remains after firing. I’m not at the point of firing yet as I only fire a few of times a year so will have to return and update this review with the results. The set also included a couple of needle tip squeeze bottles which is a nice little addition.
