defective product
I had ordered this orthopaedic heating belt but unexpectedly it was a defective one as it's heating function is not working. I had requested for replacement and Amazon service agent has given me assurance of refund amount but not received any amount and also since than no one is picking up my call. Worst experience from Amazon.

Switch / thermostat not working.
The seller sent a piece in which on unboxing itself the switch / thermostat does not work at all. It stays on even at 0 position when it should go off. And stays at the same temperature at position 1,2 and 3. Thankfully Amazon was nice to me and reversed the sale although the product is non-returnable. 0 points to the seller and the product. Thank you Amazon for the good customer support.
