Safe and Effective for the Whole Family!
I recently purchased the Wush Pro By Black Wolf Deluxe Water Powered Ear Cleaner, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our home! Using it with body temperature water, as recommended, makes the process comfortable and dizziness-free, which is crucial for my kids who have frequent ear wax issues. The triple jet stream with three pressure settings is gentle yet effective, safely flushing out wax without discomfort. I love that it’s water-resistant and easy to use in the shower, and the six reusable tips (three black, three white) are perfect for family sharing. The USB-rechargeable design is convenient, and the compact nozzle folds down for storage. It’s been a game-changer for keeping my kids’ ears clean and healthy—highly recommend for parents dealing with ear wax buildup! For extra cleaning help, 1 cap full of peroxide mixed with water does wonders.

It will make you hear better
Hey, this thing is amazing. If you need wax cleaning, this is it. Put some warm water with a single drip of your body wash and this thing will do its job. Just to let you guys know, for me, nothing came out within first flush. I needed to soften the wax, flushing it 3 times. Then all, or pretty much all of it came out. My hearing is so much better now. I use it about 5-6 times a year. It’s great!

Works great until it doesn't
Stopped working after 4 months, pump gave out.Amending my prior review and bumping up the rating as I do like the product and the company reached out to me and offered assistance in troubleshooting the pump, then once that didn't work they replaced it. Still disappointing that it didn't last long, but good customer service helps.

My Ears Are Free at Last, God Almighty Free at Last
The very fact that there is such a thing as this means that ear wax buildup is a common issue. My ear wax cleaning routine consisted of loosening up the buildup every few weeks with hydrogen peroxide and then rinsing in the shower to rid the buildup. However, for about the past three months, there's been excessive buildup on my right ear where my normal routine wasn't working and I was getting tinnitus. So, out of a bit of desperation, I decided to try this. the thought of using a device to push water in my ear seemed a bit intimidating, but as mentioned, I was a bit desperate. I chose the Wush brand over the many other similar ones because this brand is promoted by a lifestyle expert on a network news channel as that seemed better than just rolling the dice with an unknown product.Included the device, a USB C charging cable, extra ear tips, instructions and an external cup for use if you don't run the device in the shower. The device itself is pretty well self contained. An arm folds out and the arm and ear tip almost recedes entirely in the unit. There are 3 levels of strength. The unit has a flip out slim door for easy filling of the water. The bottom half also slips off for cleaning and drying. It is important to follow the suggested instructions. I started on the lowest setting, then second, then the third. Also, it is important to follow the instruction of using water that is about body temperature. I tried once on my left ear but the water was cool and afterwards felt a little disoriented. The water reservoir holds about a cup of water. In a matter of about 5 seconds, all the water gets used up and a refill may be needed. After trying for about 3 rounds on my right ear a couple of good chunks of built up ear was came out. I'm a believer. Now my right ear's hearing is back to normal an no more tinnitus. Here is what I like and dislike of the Wush ear cleaner:Likes:------- It works to clear up even stubborn built up wax (I did soften with peroxide before trying the Wush)- pretty much a self-contained unit- 3 different modes- unit is detachable for cleaning and drying- includes extra ear tips and USB C charging cableDislikes:---------- didn't include a cover to cover exposed USB-C port (I use a spare that I got for something else)- water reservoir needs refilling often during a cleaning sessionI give the Wush Pro ear cleaner 5 out of 5 stars.

Beware of battery short life
Used this item maybe 11 times and like many others have reported, one day it just stopped turning on and would no longer charge. I was outside the return window and this thing costed $76. I decided to repair it, they made this hard by using triangle screws. Once opened I replaced the battery with a a new 18650 lithium cell. This is why others failed doing this repair. On the old battery is a BMS pcb taped and soldered to it, you MUST transplant this to your new battery...did this and the ear cleaner is working again. Do not attempt this repair if you are a novice to electronics as you must properly reassembled AND RESEAL the device. If water leaks in on that lithium cell you're gonna have a bad day.

Works great IF it keep working
Works very well, especially if you use ear wax softener a day or two before using. Very effective. However, I must give only 3 stars due to the longevity. I only needed to use it once every 6 months, and after using 5 times over 24 months it simply stopped working...after full charge would not power on. I *will* say Black Wolf was very responsive to my emails for support, but in the end was only able to offer a $15 discount on purchasing a new one. I cannot justify spending another $50 (after the $15 discount) on another one of these, if there's a chance it will stop working after 24 months.

use in the shower for best clean application
Bought this for my brother who has excessive ear wax build-up. He likes it. Easy to use in shower so you don't have a mess at the sink. Why did you pick this product vs others?:reviews helped me select the product.
