Definitely felt energised
As a middle aged woman going through menopause I generally feel lethargic and tired pretty much all of the time. Shilajit has increased my energy levels, but it makes me feel a bit spaced out. I highly recommend taking this first thing in the morning mixed with a glass of water. I wouldnāt recommend mixing it with coffee. Do not take it before going to bed, otherwise you wonāt sleep. After taking it this morning I noticed my heart rate was increased, so Iām going to reduce the dose to 6 drops instead of 12.

The taste isnāt very nice!
If you can get past the taste then Iām sure you will get on with this. I know there are many health benefits from taking these but I really didnāt like the taste.
