These two-a-day pills promise an ample list of nutrients. They’re easy to take I haven’t observed any adverse side effects.

Seems to work well and give a good boost for the middle-aged man.Not experienced any unwanted effects. Easy to take.

I’ve been taking the Health & Him Andropause 40+ Testosterone Supplements for a little while now, and to be honest, I haven’t noticed any real difference in how I feel. Despite the claims of hormone balance support and the inclusion of ingredients like Shilajit and Ashwagandha, I can’t say I’ve felt any significant changes in energy or mood.One thing I did notice right away, though, is the smell—it's a bit funky, which makes them less enjoyable to take. On the plus side, they’re vegan and gluten-free, which is always a bonus if you have dietary restrictions. But in terms of results? I’m still waiting to feel anything noticeable.

The ingredients in these supplements are well documented. However, this bottle of 60 is only a one month supply and the manufacturers are saying that AT LEAST 3 months will be needed before seeing any benefits. I'm a 70 year old pensioner and the prospective cost, with no guarantee of any benefits, puts these beyond my reach. I will finish the course, just out of interest, to see what happens, but will definitely not be buying any at the end of that. Sorry 😬

This a broad vitamin supplement that has the added ingredients of things like Ashwagandha, tribulus and shilajit that are reputed to have sexual health benefits.Two capsules a day represents one month’s supply. At the time of review the supplement was £21.99. I am not sure that represents great value for money, though it still may work out cheaper than if you bought a good multi-vitamin and the other extra ingredients as mentioned above.

Rubbish. Do not buy. No results whatsoever.
