Technoline TX37-IT Outdoor Temperature Sensor. Replacement transmitter for WS9130-IT and WS9632-IT

I bought this because my other outside sensor wasn’t working well. I have both the weather girl and a weather boy in different rooms and this connected to both of them straight away

Nothing to dislike, the replacement sensor works. Perfect! It arrived qickly too. Very happy

I brought two of these, one for inside and one for outside, but they both have the same ID of 8 and have no way to change them, this means they are seen as if its the same sensor.It should randomly choose A different ID after restarting it, but doesnt.Recommended to only buy one of these if you intend on using them.Other then that it does its job ok.

The La Crosse website has ‘retired’ both the WS8418-IT clock and its TX37-IT sensor. My La Crosse sensor failed after several years outside. This replacement Tecnoline sensor paired immediately with the La Crosse clock. They are physically identical and the Tecnoline spec sheet included says it operates at the 868 mhz frequency.

Got as a replacement as the original stopped working after a few years. Turned up early and connected straight away to the internal clock. Good job these are still available, as I would have had to look for an alternative system.

Not at all happy, This is the first item I've had to return from the Amazon website - and that's not been that straightforward. Not Amazon's fault though. The UK Weatherstation are making a bit of an issue over its' return. It was bought to replace the original sensor, but did not work properly from the outset - it was intermittent and didn't show a continuous reading, in one case for 2 days. This is going back - just hoping the seller will give me a refund.
