Needed a new headset for a second job and this looked nice. It design is suitable except that the earpieces didn't fit my ear. I enjoyed how snug it stayed in place, but can't get past how easily it kept slipping out of my ear no matter what fitting I used. The primary issue I have with this device is the fact that the output volume varies WILDLY and can change at any moment. My job is driving and requires me paying attention to notifications, reroutes, traffic conditions and incoming weather. Had lots of issues ... especially when the volume would reset itself to half-max. Sound quality was usually muted, like someone was talking through from the other side of a wall. Charging feature is interesting; independent batteries, but they're small and require some effort taking off and putting back on. Would be nice if it came with a case or bag to keep up with them. Overall, I'm returning this and getting something that works better though I did like the design and look of these.
