I'm always skeptical about supplements, but did my research outside of the company's information and found these are legit! I was a little surprised that you need 4 gummies to get the amounts listed and even then, the amount of creatine is on the lower end. Texture was what you expect in a gummy. As far as the taste, you can definitely tell there are greens and mushrooms in it but they leave a sweeter/berry aftertaste which I liked! I feel great when I'm taking them, notice more level energy throughout the day. They were a nice little mid-morning treat! I like them enough to order again or maybe try a different flavor!

Taste is 3 out of 5 stars. I force myself to eat it.

Great product, I get my entire vitamin supplements, greens and creatine all in one.

Great product, but miss the individual 4 packs, now I missing taking it on the go, sometimes even not taking it, the cost is pretty high and it NO longer offers an aventage on taking it on the go, so I guess I will go back to powder, its less expensive.

I've purchased these several times now. They're perfect for travel, taste fantastic, and I don't believe I've missed a single day over the past 60 days. I now buy them for my partner as well. My only request is that the creatine dosage be 5mg, it's strange to me that its only 4mg.

It's gummy version of AG1 but includes creatine, is in a way more fun/easy gummy form, and just tastes way better. Such an awesome way to get in my creatine while also getting in other wellness benefits with the greens + mushrooms
