pretty cool, really useful, & works great!!
I'm a long-time Angetube user (I've had 3 of their webcams and use their 4k webcam today, as technology has continually improved over the years), and have always been pleased with their quality, value, and differentiating features, so I was excited to see a new product offering from them. This is pretty cool!!This digital pen kit comes with a black moleskine-type notebook, a green pocket-sized notebook, the pen, extra ink inserts, a charging cable, and a cleaning cloth in case you want to wipe off the pen tip. Each notebook also has instructions inside it, for easy reference. There's an app to download - no data capture permissions needed, which is reassuring. Then you just start writing! The pen works with the special paper in the notebooks, and captures everything you write. I wrote in the notebook and watched my phone as the app captured everything in real-time! So cool to see! Each page of the notebook is saved as its own file [I think you can merge multiple pages into one file if you want - I just haven't done that yet], so you can add to it or edit it down the line. The pen itself writes in black, but you can change the digital color in the app - I put notes in my attached pics, but you just click a button and choose the color and thickness, then write as normal. There is also an eraser - I wasn't sure if writing with the pen did the eraser function, so that's why you see some scribbles lol, but you just use it as a digital eraser with your fingertip in the app. Works great! You can playback your videos on the app, take screenshots, or send the final version as a PDF or PNG. There's also an option to sync with Google Drive or iCloud.I've never used a digital pen like this. I've had, years ago, the Rocketbook (didn't sync automatically, you had to take a picture of it afterwards) and a Boogie Board (doesn't write like a normal pen, and was only 1 erasable board vs multiple pages of paper).I tend to be a writer/drawer/thinker - I like to get out my brainstorming onto paper, before I translate it into slides or other digital content. This kind of pen is pretty great for that, because it retains the notes on the paper and lets me add to it later on, while retaining the same digital file. Then I can pull up the digital version on my phone or computer (always synced with whatever I've written) for easy reference and to translate it into whatever form I need.Or, you can take physical notes while out & about, and send them directly to team members - think of client meetings / etc, it's so much nicer to take notes in a notebook sometimes vs with a giant laptop between you. But this way, you don't have to transcribe notes afterwards.PLUS you can draw pictures and write at whatever angle you want! I can't tell you the number of times that I've written and drawn on a whiteboard or piece of paper, then had to try and translate that into a text-only word document. This is way better. Imagine the mockups you can do, the visual diagrams -- it's just so nice to be able to open up new territory this way.Recommended!

Good for writing not drawing.
Not really good for drawing or artwork. The pen doesn’t always pick up what you draw. Makes drawing very hard.

Just not there yet
I have the most updated version with the erasable pen. In videos it claims that you can write on any paper and then transfer to your phone or tablet. Simply not true. The ink or whatever it uses to write is very dim and hard to see on the paper. They are behind and basically have false advertised this product. Shipping took forever also
