Helps when they are narcoleptic
And this is awesome for narcoleptic patients. So my father falls asleep at a drop of a dime. Due to the fact that he has issues with his legs, he can sing to stay up long enough. So while he's in his recliner, he falls asleep all the time but this elliptical is automatic and it still moves on its own. It goes backwards and forward and also has a timer which goes to 20 minutes. I'm hoping that his legs get stronger. I've noticed that he does walk a little better. And it does have a remote and a power cord as well. There really was no assembly. Just basically taking it out the box. It's not that heavy and it's durable and steady. And the price was a steal

Easy to use
This is a great product . I love it and find it easy and fun to use. I love the fact it is handy . I use twice a day . 60 minutes at a time. Anyone with legs problems. Definitely helps.

It does it’s job
I have Arthritis in my knees and this is not to hard on them. I do about 40 minutes while watching tv. It’s not sweat while your sitting exercise but keeps my legs in motion.
