Drink with came several different flavors. So you don't need to worry about getting bored with just one flavor. 12oz is the perfect size. I've tried bigger sizes before and you are often cannot finish the whole bottle. Since I can have this item delivered, I no longer need to purchase this at a store and carry all the way home.

What can be said, it is not a new experience it is GATORADE!! The smaller container made it more accessible but as with going by size, you are getting much less that a big gushing rush of re hydration. The price was nice, the flavors were good, the size was good for grab and go, fits in hand, pockets and purses. It was an easy use, did the job for me it most likely will do the job for you, kept hydrated.

The variety of flavors was wonderful—there’s something for every mood! I always felt energized and well-hydrated after drinking it. A reliable go-to for staying refreshed during workouts or just throughout the day. Highly recommend!
