Q: Is this different from lupin flour? I.e. can you bake with this? Thanks

Q: If I turn this into a powder in my food processor isn't basically the same as Lupin Flour?

I tried but it is still Too coarse to use for flour. I then put it in a spice grinder and that made it much finer But more similar to grits wouldn’t like it to bake with. Buy the lupin flour

Q: Will this cook down like grits? What does it taste like?

I did cook some plain and did not care for the flavor or texture (and I do like grits). But I do buy this regularly as an ingredient in a high protein quick bred I make and like it very much used that way

Q: Will this work for Lupin Semolina in pasta recipes?

I think the "grains" are probably too large. Lupine flour would probably be a better choice for making pasta.
