Overall build does feel a little cheap, but functionality is on the spot. Although, had to calibrate the microphone volume from the settings to increase the fidelity of audio-in. Audio-out sound quality is good too. So if you know your way around your pc and can avoid yanking on this adapter then definitely go for it.

NISUN Gold Plated 2 Male to 1 Female 3.5mm Headphone Earphone Mic Audio Y Splitter Cable has some inherent manufacturing defect. I replaced it with second one but the problem existed same. Headphone and mic connection had some issue. Either it is not comaptible with my PC for Headphone I am using. it has 1 year warranty labled on the pack. I void its warranty by trying to repair it by opening the female socket provided for headphone jack. I made the connections perfect but Pins inside the female socket is not properly making contacts with rings on the headphone jack. Now it is working fine but is not reliable. The main reason is the female socket is not making contacts with the jack. Therefore manufacturing side it needs attention.

It will degrade your microphone quality to a extent and you are gonna feel it but. After 1 or 2 week you will be used to it

This thing turned up even though I cancelled it. But it works as I expected it to.I wanted a way to use my headphone with a mic on my desktop (for noobs who don't know, you can't just plug in your headphone into a desktop headphone jack and have the mic work, you need to seperately input another cable into the mic slot)This thing does the job without any discernable audio quality or degradation and with no hassle. So I'm glad I accepted it anyway when the guy came along with it. Can't say much about durability though because it looks flimsy, but I doubt it's going to be put through much wear and tear at a desktop.All in all, value for money.

It works good with my One More earphones on my PC. You just have to tinker some settings of your mic on your PC and then it will work fine. Now the durability of this product is questionable, needs to be handled with care. Overall fine product.

My new MSI gaming laptop does have a huge draw back as it doesn't have single audio mic port, so I needed to buy this cable. For looks and material quality I don't have any complain. Durability doesn't matter much as I don't think u gonna use it to pull an elephant. But for sound I think quality drops sometime or may be cause I tested it on Skype only. I didn't use it much yet so will use it more and if it works fine will give 5 star.
