Terrible Hinges Quality
The hinges quality is terrible. Material shouldn't be plastic at any cost.Broken within 3 months of use though the warranty is for 2 years.I don't know how to claim the warranty.

Toilet seat is smart and thanks to fittings supplied, very easy to fit. Price reasonable, quality very good.One suggestion for manufacturer. Four dent marks visible over the Four cushion pads provided. This spoils the excellent look of seat. Please find a solution.

Bad experience
I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The quality was below what I anticipated, and it didn't perform as advertised. I found myself frustrated with how often it malfunctioned. Additionally, the overall build felt not very durable.I tried giving it a fair chance, but after using it for a while, I’m not impressed. For the price, I expected better performance and longevity. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are definitely better options out there.
