I'm writing this review after using the product for two years.I live in Texas — I probably don’t need to explain how hot it gets here. This mount stayed firmly attached to my car dashboard for two years, and only this week it finally fell off. Naturally, I now have to buy a new one, as it no longer holds as firmly as it used to. But honestly, lasting two years in this heat is more than enough for me.The only issue I had was with the positioning — the bottom part of the holder aligns with my phone’s speaker, so sometimes the person on the other end of the call can’t hear me well.

Followed the recommended instructions cleaning and wiping down the dashboard surface and the suction stayed for a short bit, but then pulled up from the dashboard and dumped my cell on my feet while I was driving. Tried again re-cleaning the surface and same outcome. Not what I wanted but put it up on my windshield and guess what, when I came back to my car it was on the floor of my Jeep. If the sales verbiage did not brag about the how it would hold I believe 85+ pounds it would be no big deal. Now I need to look for another cell phone holder that does what is advertised.**Update**Seller reached out and provided replacement. So far all is working well. Would recommend this seller as someone that stands behind their product and makes it right for their consumers when there is an issue. I purchased this holder a year ago for my Infiniti and have loved it ever since. We sold that car and bought a Nissan Murano, so I wanted to transfer it over to my new car. Unfortunately, the suction was no longer holding. Apricot in Customer Service had me try a couple of things to see if it could be salvaged, but ultimately, it was determined it could not so she is sending out a new suction cup and a new pad as a replacement. Keep in mind all of this went down over a weekend! Very impressed with their response time and excellent customer service! Good job!!
