NO more tiredness in the afternoons, which has been wonderful. It has allowed me to feel much more focused during the day and I just feel like I have a lot more energy later in the day and early evening. Even simple things like going out in the evenings after work that used to feel exhausting, just feel easier as I am not so tired all the time. I also have been away twice and not caught the usual cold that I get at this time of year, so maybe it's helped give me a boost that I needed. Will buy again for sure.

These are just what I needed, felt my energy levels increase almost right away, mood much inproved. I was very sceptical at first but on reading the reviews and a magazine article on them was willing to give them a try. Def not dissapointed, I have tried them on an empty stomach and with food and found them fine without, no upset tummy or any other adverse reaction. I used these for two months, and found that they really helped me focus and im certain they were having a positive effect, EXCEPT for the fact that tumeric extract was causing major acid reflux (in someone that had never experienced acid reflux before). Would be great if they had a similar alternative without the tumeric.

Ive been using these for a while now, there are claims that your mood and alertness will be improved which I didnt believe at first but they actually do work! They're pretty easy to swallow, the flavour isnt the best but it doesnt linger. The bottle is nice and solid and well presented. One bottle will last a month and ive been buying them for about 5 months now and will continue to buy them
