I like this so much that I bought another one. Very useful as I sit close to traffic in office. It blocks most of the sound and allows me to work well.

I have Sensory Processing Issues (SPD due to ADHD), cannot tolerate even lightest sounds. So really beneficial for me to save myself from noisy or stressful situations. I use daily and have been using it for the last 1.5 years & this is my third buy. Product overall good. However I also bought plastic ones from local market half the price. 3M is a good company however I feel it's Lil overpriced for a single piece. The plastic ones works the same way & fits similarly well.PRO TIP: USE LIL HEAVY SKINCARE CREAM TO SMOOTHLY INSERT TOWARDS THE INNER SIDE. /WITHOUT that it is difficult to use regularly and longer period (like I do during sleep)

It doesn't fit in the ears and some how even if you force it through it doesn't cancel any noise......and the build quality is poor..... rather buy a cheap boat earphone and use that.

Product not for sleeping

fit comfortably for a long period of time. ears may start to feel hot if you are stationary. very effective for using on motorcycle rides. Better alternative to disposable foam earplugs.

This is not effective in noise reducing, get the foam version instead. Don't believe? Try both.

These are nice buds. I wear them at home to cancel the low quarrel noises coming despite closing the (wooden) door of my room and it is blocking those noises effectively (even if some noise is left - it is not clear enough for me to understand what it is - hence my peace of mind is saved).The main thing to keep in mind is to read the instructions (AND see the illustrations along side) that come on the label. it says smth like:**Reach over the head and pull ear open** (this is the Most Imp point). Insert plug (with other hand ofc).I am putting sooo much emphasise on intructions as people usually discard that (trend inflated by: stupid youtubers too). and Also, as i think all those bad 1 star reviews missed the instructions.the title of this review says that "(i) should have brought earlier" as earlier i hold myself back due to those bad reviews.
