Going #2 was a struggle until I took this. I put a pump of my skinny syrup in there to mask the taste, mix it up and chug it. Think it helps me sleep solid as well. I recommend it for sure.

This is a great way to micro dose. We use this for our whole family - especially when we are feeling a cold come on. Thorne is our favorite.

I’ve only had it three days now, I’m sure it will take longer to feel a difference but I am currently on keto and this doesn’t have any extra ingredients or sweeteners. I drink it with water, and I eat a lemon on the side while I drink it. It tastes like water with some chalk in it. Not offensive but def not something you’re going to drink with dinner or for enjoyment. I like that if it contains any carbs at all it would be trace amounts of carbs that won’t knock you out of ketosis. No extra, harmful ingredients… good for clean keto. It’s easy to run low on vitamin c on Keto and this was a great addition to my diet!

Excellent company, excellent product. Thorne may be the single best vitamin company out there. Certainly one of the best.

Product arrived with the seal broken and most of the product sitting inside of the clear seal of the product

works well and is a good product for health and is one of my favorite brand which is of high quality

I guess its working, I traveled internationally and nationally, felt it shortened a cold I got abroad. Doesn't taste great, fizzes quite a bit, but I'l continue to use it.
