This is the BEST hair dryer I have ever owned. Let me start by saying, I have long, thick hair. So blow drying it out is just a chore. In the past I have gotten hot and wanted to quit. My arm feels like it wants to fall off because the hair dryer is heavy and takes forever to dry. After my last one sparked at me - I said that's it! No more!!I started doing my research. I wanted a light weight, quiet, long cord & easy cord to manage, and with the attachments that I needed.The reviews to the ELLA BELLA® Professional Ionic Hair Dryer with Diffuser says it all. I really did my research on this one, and I am extremely impressed. It is so lightweight!! and QUIET!! I can even keep the door open and not wake up my husband. The attachments are magnetized. That is so cool! It has temperature adjustments. I love that! Not just high, low - but actual temperatures. Even easy to clean. There is all these helpful videos and let me tell you about the customer service!!! Seriously, I bought the hair dryer not knowing this part but it by far was and is the best part.CUSTOMER SERVICE with Ella Bella is beyond FIVE STAR!! I received my hair dryer in a very cool box btw. Scanned the QR Code to get the warranty, cause we all know from my past experience, this time I am going to get the warranty.I had a trip the next day to go out of town so I did not have time to do the 'quick' test. (Yes it truly would have taken me two minutes top.) While on my trip, I got an ACTUAL PERSON text me to see if I tested my hair dryer yet. I explained I was out of town and would try when I got back, SO COOL - she said "have a nice trip and let me know if you have any questions when you get back" - SHUT THE FRONT DOOR - my ELLA BELLA hairdryer comes with the BEST Customer Service! I wish all products we purchased had this kind of service. It really shows how much they stand behind their products.Well, after that, I started looking at other Ella Bella products after that! I am truly a FAN of this hair dryer! I HIGHLY recommend it!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Ella Bella hair dryer!!I have super fine, thin, fried and dried hair. When my dryer that I had for over 10 years died, I took the opportunity to find one that would help my hair heal and reduce the damage and frizz. I am one that does my research! Not only online, but I went into a Beauty Supply store and tried several; picked them up and turned them on. None worked for me. Too heavy, wrong shape, buttons in the wrong place, etc. Then online I came upon the Ella Bella hair dryer!! I’d never heard of the brand and had not used a diffuser or smoothing nozzle. I bought it! I initially thought the Speeds were all too strong for me. I contacted Ruth, the Founder, and we had several email chats on hair in general, plus she gave me tips on how to use the dryer correctly for my hair! Great lady!!I now dry my hair about 80% using the lowest speed with a mid-heat; drying from the top of my head down the direction my hair grows. I‘ve tried both the smoothing nozzle and diffuser. I Love the diffuser and use round brushes to curl and dry my bangs and I then the rest of my hair with a large round brush, followed with the cool shot to set it. For over 40 years, I have been coloring my hair (including the bleach blonde years) and using curling irons followed by flat irons to tame the frizz, even though I know that is what is adding to the frizz! Hence the fried and dried! I am so excited to say I have NOT touched a curling iron or flat iron since I picked up the Ella Bella hair dryer!! My hair has a natural look! The Ella Bella Professional Ionic Hair Dryer with Diffuser is awesome! I have only had this hair dryer for several weeks and it is by far the best hair dryer I have owned. It looks exactly as pictured, and the actual product is exceptionally well made and sturdy. That being said, it is also light weight and ergonomically designed so it is a pleasure to use. The control buttons are little push tabs, not toggle switches, so you don't accidentally hit them. Whoever designed this was a genius. The attachments are magnetic and hold very securely. I do suggest you read the instructions and styling guide for this hair dryer because there are some interesting and important design elements! (It has an auto-cleaning function). I love that I can set the temperature for my fine hair. I have in the last few years, several high-end hair dryers and have been extremely disappointed with the performance over the long term. There is a real difference in the health of your hair when you use ionic hair dryers with actual temperature control. This hair dryer dries my fine, medium thick hair quickly without frying it or drying it out. The cord is nice and long if that is something you need. So, all in all, I have been very impressed so far. Some of the top recommended hair dryers in a search may be great for a few months, but then they stop working. What good is great technology if you have to repurchase every year...just when your warranty runs out? One last point: the customer service of Ella Bella is phenomenal. Ruth will help you out personally and I like supporting this family business. It is somewhat more expensive than many hair dryers, but not as expensive as others of dubious quality and promises. I really believe you will love this hair dryer!
